The DPL Adds Two Major Clubs as Part of National Expansion for 2019/2020 Season
Los Angeles, CA – The Development Player League (DPL)is proud to announce the addition of two National
Powerhouses, Real Colorado and Colorado Rush for the 2019/2020 Season. This is the result of collaboration between leading clubs in key markets. The DPL provides a development structure that focuses on playing more meaningful games within highly professional game day environments, more training, high level coaching, development before winning attitude, and great exposure in major college showcase events.
“Real Colorado is excited to compete in the DPL for the 2019-2020 season. As we see the youth soccer environment continue to change and evolve, it was an easy decision to partner with an elite group of clubs and leaders to add value to our membership, offer increased college exposure and exciting competition.”
“Colorado Rush is excited to be joining the Development Player League. This National Platform not only provides high quality competition for more of our players but it will also allow those players to have more opportunity to showcase their talent on a national scale as well as more exposure to college coaches.”
The expansion will result in conference games, Regional and National Showcases as well as a Championship Series at the end of season which will rival any other platform in the country and truly give players an advantage in their college recruiting process. Founded on the ideology of the US Soccer Development Academy,the DPL is designed for clubs to manage their elite player pools to maximize their potential.
