The Legends FC G94 team left a great impression at the 2009 Manchester Cup. The Manchester Cup hosts the top 20 teams in the nation, drawing elite competition from all over the country. The girls played over 7 matches in 3 days and finished 5th place out of 20.

The Legends FC G94 team was led by head coach, Josh Hodges. They faced and defeated top teams that included Surf, Real Colorado, and San Juan Spirits. The Girls began by finishing second in their group play. There, they finished with a record of 1-1-2. This would be enough to advance to the quarters against Real SoCal. Real SoCal ended up defeating Legends FC 2-0. The Girls later faced Real Colorado and defeated them 1-0. The next day Legends FC faced Surf and defeated them as well by the score of 1-0.
